Quartet Holdings Berhad is Public Company, limited by shares. The Company is registered and domiciled in Malaysia. The Group companies operate mainly in Property and Asset construction services and Telecommunications services. We are operationally steered by Executive Committee and Risk Committee internally empowered by the Board of Directors.

Financially, we are backed by SA Capital Sdn Bhd, a venture capital companies (VCC), a company wholly-owned by Synergetic Alliance Sdn Bhd. Our Financial Management and Policies is strictly adhered to ones approved by the our Parent Companies, and inline with best practices and governance in the industry.

We have solid establishment in Malaysian market, and are looking to expand our geographical presence internationally.
